I have wanted these headphones for years, but the price kept me away. The holiday special did make it more appealing to pull the trigger and I am glad I did! Honestly, I wish I had made the leap sooner. I absolutely love these headphones. I would definitely recommend!

I received the Bose headphones. The sound is clear .
I thought it would give a bigger bang for the bucks.
The volume doesn’t reach the heights I’m hoping for.
It’s connected to a I 15 plus phone.
Also I’ve lost the connection a few times and it is difficult to reconnect
When I open the Bose app, it only shows me to connect which could take some time.
Not enough volume, and the app isn’t showing me the equalizer anymore. It’s comfortable and light weight

Regarding the volume, the headphones are designed to deliver balanced sound without distortion, but if you feel it’s not reaching the level you’d like, we recommend checking the volume settings both on your iPhone 15 Plus and within the Bose app.
For the connection issue, intermittent Bluetooth drops can sometimes be resolved by ensuring your headphones and app are updated to the latest firmware. If the equalizer isn’t appearing in the app, reinstalling or updating the Bose app may help restore that feature.
