I bought this last month and have been so happy with them. Great sound, great bass and it's so crisp and clear. Only thing I would say is the voice that tells you what it is connected to is a bit annoying but it's very minimal. Overall very very very very much recommend!

I don’t like headphones in general but very glad my husband bought these for me. Used this on four plane rides to and from the east coast to Hawaii. They were excellent! The noise cancelling was wonderful & battery life was great!

Looks and feels great, but the cord is not great

The headphones worked great with Bluetooth however, I was looking to purchase headphones that had a cord adaptability to iPhone to avoid Bluetooth. I soon found out I needed to buy an adapter to plug into my iPhone, which I purchased two different ones and they keep disconnecting from the Bose headphone wire. Not very happy with my intended purchase and the cord connecting to iPhone.

Great sound but falls off head!

Great sound, easy to use, excellent for listening to podcasts while on noisy public transportation. However, it is oddly ‘loose’ and falls off my head if I bend forward! Yes, this is via the ‘tightest’ setting. Unfortunately this means I must return the product and purchase new headphones from a brand that fits my (completely ordinary sized) head properly. So disappointed! I really liked these headphones. Poorly designed that it falls off the head though!
