Love the earphones, don't like the fact the instructions don't explain or show in the pictures the features of the item. Had no idea how to turn them on, still don't know where the volume is, and God forbid trying to refold them to put back in their zippered container.

I purchased this as an upgrade for my mom. She had her previous pair a long time and was happy with them but then she got a puppy who got a hold of them so I got her the new pair for her birthday. She loves them so much and I'm glad I got them for her. She says they are comfortable and loved the noise cancelling they provide especially for flights. They also honored the price match without hassle when they went on sale from the price I paid.

The physical switches and controls are a great feature, making them easy to use. The sound quality and noise cancellation are top-notch in the industry; listening to music with these headphones allows you to completely immerse yourself in your own world. When watching movies, the immersive experience makes you feel like you're actually inside the screen. Connecting them is also very easy.

Quiet comfort headphones

These headphones are awesome, settings include aware and quiet, can be controlled by your phone. These are a replacement pair, my older ones need new earphone pads. I'll have two pairs now. :)Bose always has my vote on anything I own.

I bought these for my daughter 2 almost 3 years ago and they still work like new so I decided to buy them for myself. Sound quality is great, comfortable around my head and ears. Noise cancellation is also great.
