The speaker function needs to be better. When talking people cannot hear very well on the other side.

Unable to use my Bose app with it

I already own a Bose and loved it. Then I bought this one and while I was able to register it in my Bose application I was unable to “manage” it and you can only have one device attached at a time which is a downgrade from my first Bose.

Hello! Delighted to hear that you love Bose headphones. The Bose app does support adding and managing multiple Bose products, as long as they’re compatible with the same app version. If both devices use the same Bose app (like Bose Music or Bose Connect), you should be able to switch between them and manage each one individually.

I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones and I'm so happy with my purchase. I actually returned another popular brand of headphones before purchasing the Bose Headphones and I'm so happy I did. I have other Bose products in my house that I am extremely pleased with and I just knew I couldn't go wrong with the decision to purchase the Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones. I look forward to working out daily because of them. They are comfortable and lightweight.
