Very questionable

I bought them on 05/19/25 and to date I am less than pleased. I have another set of Bose my son gave me as a Christmas gift sever years ago that work great and stll use them a lot. They work fine so I thought I would buy a newer set axpexcting the same performance or better. I am so disappointed withh my new Quitcomfort headphones. I have already had to return them for repair which I am hoping they come back working as I expect. I will have to see when I get them back. When I tried to use the new set they wouldn't work like my current set. When I tried to talk with Bose I was told I would have to download an AP and progam them but I could only do that either a I Phone or a I Pad of which I have neither. See where I going not well.

The only problem I found is the headphones can't seem to get anymore snugger on my head. They feel loose even at the max closed setting. I can't imagine anyone wearing them at a looser setting as there is no way the headphones would be able to stay on their head. I'm not a small guy. My hat size is 7&7/8 and I wear a hat all day and still struggle to get a snug feeling on my Bose Headphones.

Beautiful and comfortable headphones

I LOVE these headphones. They are so comfortable on my ears. I work from home and so need comfortable headphones and these are perfect. I also wear them for phone conversations just walking around and they are so clear and so comfortable. I would highly recommend. I love the beautiful new colors, too.

I tried SO many other headphones and finally decided to buy the best. Once it went on sale, I grabbed it. I love these headphones. They cancel out all of the noise and I can even lay down with them on very comfortably. Thank you for your fine product. You can never go wrong with Bose.

I’ve had these a couple of weeks now. So very much easier to listen to my music or to a podcast while I’m mowing the lawn or the pasture! Very comfortable and work amazingly! PLUS, LOVE the new BLUE color!❤️
