Very happy with these headphones

They are super comfortable and I can wear them all day and not have any head or ear pain. I have a smaller head so they fit on the larger size. I don't know that I could do any any weight training wearing them, but for cardio and walking they work great. The sound is great and the full noise cancelling blocks out most of the external sounds. I am a colour girl so I really appreciate the wide range offered.

I am LOVING these headphones! I can't stand having anything in my ears, and already have the Bose open earbuds which I love. I wanted a noise cancelling pair for the gym. I can't believe how perfect they are! They are pretty, which is nice, but more importantly they seal out any sounds when I have them on noise cancelling. They do get hot, but I don't mind that. I like them so much I use them at work and other places as well. EXCELLENT purchase!

Horrific Static

Horrible static coming from right speaker. I called it in the tech helped me but the static didn’t go away so he is sending me a new pair and I mailed those back.

Headphones are great, but no written instructions

The headphone sound and noise suppression are fantastic.
But I don't like not getting an in-the-box operating manual.
The idea having to depend on the internet and scanning codes for setup information is irritating.
Say in 3 yrs from now, if I have an issue or question with the headphones, I want to go directly to the hands-on written operating manual.
Maybe not having an in-box manual is the future. Could it be that today's youth can't read or comprehend detailed written information?

I've had multiple brands of headphones over the years (Beats, Marshall). In terms of sound quality, Bose are the best. The only negative aspect is: when you have these around your neck while not in use, if you do not either switch off power or switch from aware mode to quiet mode... you get a lot of high pitch feedback. Not the end of the world, minor point.
Support issue: I wanted to add the insurance coverage after receiving the headphones. I had also purchased the QuietComfort earbuds and wanted to add coverage for both products. I was told you can only add coverage during the initial purchase at checkout. The solution was to return the products and repurchase including insurance. This is inconvenient, so I did not bother. A better solution would be to give the owner up to 60 days to add coverage, like Apple does. 30 days, 14 days, 7 days.... any grace period is better than nothing.
