Did not live up to brand reputation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this product as I do enjoy coffee on a daily basis, and being able to grind my own coffee to my specific taste, was very intriguing!! I was unfortunately disappointed in the performance of this machine. The machine kept clogging and had to be completely cleaned out with more than the brush to make it turn back on and finish grinding the coffee. When it was finally clean and did not clog further, and I was able to finish grinding the coffee, it was a relief.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grinds to perfection with many choices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this promotional item from cuisinart in exchange for my incentivized opinion. This cone burr grinder is great. It is easy to fit under the cabinet, has a simple and neutral design, and is easy to use. I liked the many choices for the size of grounds. I used it for ground coffee for my espresso machine and for my refillable k cups. It did a great job for both types of coffee. It took me just like 3 tryouts to get the size right, and it was easy to maneuver the dials to adjust to get the desired size of grounds. I took a picture to show the coffee grounds from whole to ground to after use but don't see where to post it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

35 grind settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Cuisinart Espresso & Coffee Conical Burr Grinder because it has different grinding settings for various brewing methods. I have tried different grind sizes, from espresso to French press, which allows me to customize my coffee to my taste preference. I love the rich flavor and aroma of fresh ground whole beans and to know the only ingredient is the bean.

Beans don’t flow into the grinder without encouragement, I.e., slap the side during grinding or you will wind up grinding air. Other than that it’s great.
