Not great after 6 months of use

I bought this air fryer 6 months ago and it’s stopped working the screen says “out” I unplugged it and plugged it back in but still shows “out” do not recommend this product. Seems like others have had the same issue too.

Thank you for your feedback. The “OUT” message on the display is usually shown when the drawer is not fully inserted. Please double-check that the drawer is seated completely; if the display still shows “OUT” or the unit isn’t working properly, we encourage you to call Cuisinart Consumer Service at 1-800-726-0190 for assistance.
