Good luck with service...

These look and sound nice... until they suddenly stop working, and you realize Marshall has zero interest in updating their own software or servicing their devices out of warranty. I contacted Marshall about a repair for my Acton speaker which died without warning, and I was told that outside the one-year warranty I couldn't even pay to have it serviced in the U.S. The chat person actually hung up on me. Now I have to hunt down a shop that fixes these, which is tough because it seems like a lot of electronics repair places don't want to touch them. Currently stuck with one dead speaker and waiting for my other two to kick the can.

If I had to venture a guess…I would have to say that a VAST majority of all the live ear candy that I have been blessed by over the years has been through Marshall speakers. This was one of the easiest choices I have ever made. This one makes me happy
