Sound, Form and Function

The sound quality is spot on and beautifully balanced. The aesthetics are also beautiful - classic, and the functionality is wonderfully simple and unfussy. The Bluetooth connection is spot on, though being old school, I love having the Aux option.
I bought the Acton III to replace an overly complicated setup that I became tired of managing and am extremely happy with my purchase.
This thing does just what I want it to do - it plays music when I want it to and that's it.
I've already recommended the Acton III to other people.

Excellent Speaker

Works wonderful. Only thing is that it doesn’t stay automatically connected to my record player, I have to turn it on and wait for it to connect before playing a record. Other than that the sound is so crisp and clean. Love this speaker, wish it was a little bit louder though.

Love my new Acton III. . . . actually bought 2 of them. Beuatiful sound quality. My only suggestion to Marshall is to upgrade the capabilities so that the speakers can be paired, like Sonos speakers, including the ability to control speaker zones via the app.

I'm surprised by the motor noises the new refrigerator makes. I can hear it running, and occasionally "popping" and knocking when I'm out of the kitchen, in a different area of the house. Other than that, I'm satisfied with it.
