Exceeding my expectations!

I own a first generation Stanmore, and loved the sound. I purchased the Acton III for my daughters room and was quite literally surprised! The highs were high enough but the mids were not lost and the bass came out of nowhere! I would put its quality over the first gen Stanmore for sure. Love the quality job, the fit and finish is superb. I wish they would have sent a aux cord like the first generation, but I doubt it would get much use at our house. Overall I expected good quality sound, but was met with deep room filling sounds and the clarity of the voices coming through in rich kids and highs.

Marshall action III speakers are the best I've ever used. A sound quality never perceived before. I'm sorry, however, that they can't be combined, but I'm sure that in the future it will be possible, and then it will be a bomb to have them together. The customer service is also excellent. Well done

Fixes all my problems

I have had a bunch of bluetooth speakers over the years and the Action III has fixed all the issues I've had with others. 1. I has a legit removeable power cable so I dont have to worry about breaking off a fixed cable and I also dont ever have to worry about a battery with a limited lifespan. 2. Multiple phones can pair to the speaker at the same time and the unit allows you to "kick off" the other user if wanted. This was a huge problem with less expensive speakers as I would have to track my wife down and ask her to temporarily disconnet her phone to allow me to pair my device. With the Action III is simply pressed the bluetooth button on the Action and it swapped to my device. GENIUS. 3. Having the eq knobs directly on the speaker is such a time saver and allows me to quickly make adjustments without using an app. 4. Knobs...imagine that! A real tactile knob that allows me to quickly adjust what I want, when I want. I HATE that so many manufactureres make you tap a flimsy button over and over just to change the volume. Well done Marshall. This will not be the last Marshall product I buy as long as they stick with what makes them unique: Quality and Simplicity. Let the other players out there add a tone of bells and whistles that people will NEVER USE. Keep it basic, keep it loud;)

Great Investment

I purchased a pair of JBL Bluetooth speakers for my wife for Christmas. They sounded great and I decided I wanted one for my office. I wanted bookshelf and didn’t need portable or waterproof. I stumbled upon the Marshall Acton III, read many good reviews and pulled the trigger.
When I listened to the Acton III with my wife I was embarrassed that I didn’t buy this for her. It sounded awesome! The full rich sound, solid bass, and impressive imaging given the small size of the speaker. It also looks classy on my office shelf.
We have twin daughters with a birthday coming soon. I plan to buy one for each of them. This was a great find and a great buy!

Awesome speaker. Great sound and looks. Already have the action 2 and Wolburn 2 . Next is standmore. Got them all over the house. Got to love music loud and clean bass.
