Very disappointed, dishwasher was installed in early December and the middle of January it is still not working. Technician came out and installed a new controller. Then found out that the inlet housing was discharging into the base pan. Waiting on the part and the technician to return and install it. Probably got a lemon and Bosch should replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used my dishwasher 4 times since purchasing and I find my quartz countertop to be hotter than I would have expected from this level machine. Tech came and said that everything was as it should be and to use it for the 1 hour cycle instead of two hours for the normal cycle. It did reduce the heat output but I am still not happy with the explanation that it is not considered an issue and no one else has reported this particular problem
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrific Design and Cleans Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our brand new Bosch dishwasher. It holds more than our previous KitchenAid that began having problems. At the appliance store, everyone tauted the Bosch dishwasher line, even though the company sold other brands. Even our salesman owns a Bosch and gave us a few tips. It does a good job in getting everything clean. We especially like the top silverware rack. The ONLY negative is that it seems the racks are not very well built. I don't think we'll have issues with the racks, but they just seem cheaply built. Other than that, we are most happy with our new Bosch dishwasher!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great dishwasher but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new Bosch dishwasher last January after my previous one which I had for 15 years broke down. My new Bosch is great but I really don't like the new 3rd tier top drawer, stem glass holder, and reduced size silverware basket. I recently started reusing the the full-size silverware basket from my old dishwasher, which thankfully I did not discard. I'm hoping that the flap that holds stemware in place can be easily removed since we normally do not use stemware and it makes loading ordinary glasses difficult. Otherwise the dishwasher itself does a fine job.

Problems already

I have a repair person coming next week because it won't drain completely and when I remove the water, in a day it's back. It's under the filter. My last Bosch did this for 11 years and I put up with it but was hoping my new one would be perfect.

Very Happy, Again, with a Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased and used Bosch dishwashers in our prior home as well as one for our adult children. When the dishwasher in this home which we purchased in 2024 developed a leak, we replaced it with this Bosch dishwasher and are again reminded of quality of a Bosch. The dishes are clean, there is no soap residue left and everything, especially plastic, is completely dry!

Quietest dishwasher

So far I have been pleased with the new dishwasher. It is so quiet which is really nice compared to my old one. At times I don't feel like it dries things completely, but that may be user error depending on which settings are selected. Overall I like it a lot!
