It's labeled wrong: It should just be Cooling Fan

It's not an air conditioner, it's an air cooler. Unfortunately, it is labeled wrong. I bought it for this purpose and it works fine in small spaces ( like a small bedroom or a small office in an apartment NOT a living room or open space). If you keep this in mind and work within confined spaces then it is good. Instead of a fan circulating warm or hot air, it is like a cool breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a nice dehumidifier but is NOT an air conditioner it does not drop the temperature of a room.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
