Ne refroidi plus!

Acheté en 2023, fonctionnait très bien au début, mais maintenant en 2026 n'envoie que de l'air frais. J'ai tout essayé pour le régler, mais rien ne fonctionne . Très déçu pour le prix payé.

Not cooling as expected

I got this 14000 BTU AC, it has a cool look but not giving the cool air expected to cover 700 sq. ft. My living room is less around 600 sq. ft. and is not cooling the room. I followed and check the possible cause for this, as hose installation and sealing to proper ventilation around the AC but nothing changes, it is not giving that cooling air expected. Not knowing if that's the way this Costway AC is or something is wrong, I am in the process of returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

J'ai lu le commentaire précédent concernant le fonctionnement de 1hrs je crois que c'est tout simplement la touche timer qu'il faut désactivé. Le mien fonctionne très bien et il est très efficace hormis la fameuse fonction smart control que je n'ai jamais pu utiliser car l'appareil reste introuvable pour l'application.
