ATTENTION! Company Sells Defective AC units! Scam!

This company is very sketchy, it sells defective units. We bought this Air Conditioner and we couldn't use it because it is defective and it has significant safety issues:
1. It has severe leakage at the bottom - the amount of water exceeds the amount of water released via upper drainage, the amount of leaked water is more that 10-15 liters for a 4-5 hours of work. Every night you have to sit around and watch flooding!
2. The flood prevention valve/system does not work
3. The unit is very noisy and causes severe vibration
4. The unit creates electrical power jump when the AC's compressor starts working
5. The temperature gauge/monitor doesn't show the true temperature
6. The remote control doesn't work periodically
7. At the bottom it has piece of "hand crafted" insulation, "garage" type of quality

It is not worth this price. It is so sad that Best Buy does not protect Canadian customers from fraud and scam!
