Don’t ever buy this piece of crap ! I ordered this junk in May and don’t use it till a week ago . The unit never worked properly at all . It didn’t blow cold air at all . And manufacturer has only 30 days warranty ! It is very annoying and disappointing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This AC does not cool. There is no difference from fan function and the cool function.
This is also through Best Buy Marketplace. Best Buy customer service has been excellent, putting me in touch with the seller.
Costway customer service is terrible. They won’t call you and only go through email, asking question like are you venting the AC to an open window, and what temperature is it set at????
It’s been a week and they still won’t take it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
