Great starter pool

We bought this not expecting much and it is our second year now with this pool. Super easy setup. Absolutely no complaints aside from the fact that 13 feet doesn’t seem to be a standard pool size so it can be a bit challenging finding compatible and affordable covers/solar covers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our pool for the second summer in a row. We live in Maine and our summers are timed short. We were thinking of putting an above groud permanent pool in, but we decided to go with the easy set pool. We got tons of use out of it last summer and this summer. There's no major sign of wear, we did replace the pump for a sand pump, but that was just personal preference. Its fairly easy to set up and fill. I wouldn't recommend this being a one person job, lol. But between 2 people the set up is done in no time. Hey there's no I in team right? We also run the pool 24/7 and I haven't noticed any huge jump in my electric bill. So its pretty energy efficient. I love it, my kids love it. Its the perfect pool to have if you don't wanna invest in a permanent above, or in ground ground pool.

Difficult Set up

I bought this pool a couple weeks ago and was super excited to set it up for my granddaughter. Initially it looked to be simple to put together but when building it I found out that was not the case. No matter how much water I added to the pool the sides would not stand up. The sides also seem to be uneven because the water that is in the pool does not seem to be distributed easily. I've never had this much trouble setting up a product that claims to be "fast set up". I would love a refund for the product but it seems like your company doesn't respond well to that. Please do better in your product production so other customers don't have to go through this hassel like me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Wendy, if the water in your pool is pooling to one side and spilling out that indicates that the ground your pool is set up on level ground.
