Deluxe pool ladder with removable steps are awesome.

I have 9 grandchildren, 5 which can't use the pool unsupervised, so when 4 older grandchildren are not here the ladder goes up. The ladder locks in when moved up to platform and is easier to remove after you do it a few times. The smaller kids can't reach and for smarter kids that pull up a chair can't figure out how to remove the ladder.

Missing parts

I ordered this and I am missing parts, I have been trying to call for 2 days and I get a recording that due to high volume they can not take my call and to call back, I called 10 x's yesterday and so far today 5 times. Very frustrated.

This ladder is strong and stable. I love the removable stairs. They make it so much easier to keep little kids safe.

52" pool ladder

This is a great ladder. Wish it had a heavier base, it's a little wobbly when on the top step.
