Pump that came with this pool could not handle keeping the water circulated - should not have had to change out the filter twice daily -- ended up ordering a much larger pump ....

Kind of disappointed for the 30 days warranty

I bought their pool 7 weeks ago and the inside liner is fadding. The main O ring was cracked, and they told me that the pool only had 30 days warranty. I couldn't. Resolve the problem.

We have had Bestway Pools for years. This year we bought a new one after years of using the last pool. The way they have the system set up to vacuum is (their words) "an upgrade" but it is actually a severe downgrade that will compromise the integrity of the pool plastic and outlet fixtures. Perhaps they are wanting to have more people purchase pools more often. I seriously cannot think of why they would consider the "new" way of blocking the flow to vacuum the pool actually an "upgrade". We had to create a modified way to use the vacuum in order to not sacrifice the plastic and the outlet system.

Rusting already, 2 legs got it bad and top rails starting to rust now.

The elements and certain types of chemicals can cause the premature rusting of the frame. Great pool but lots of issues

After a year of having the pool all kinds of issues have started with it. We got a bigger sand filter which is wonderful and keeps it clean. The problem that we are having is that the fittings for the hoses to the filter have started leaking and I can’t find a fix for it. So this tells me the pools are just not built to last

Horrible product! Don’t expect more than 1 years u

Purchased and installed the pool in 2020. Pump motor went out in 2021. Replaced w a new sand filter for the 2022 season. This year everything was rusting badly where I purchased replacement legs. Today the pool liner split down the middle and flooded my back yard. Thank God I have good sloping and drainage. The ground was level, sand was added underneath as a base, and then a tarp before the pool.
