Wish I went with a different brand

This particular model of dishwasher is known to have issues with the wheels on bottom rack. A little over 1 month in and we can no longer slide the bottom rack in and out without great, great effort and manual manoeuvring. When I contacted Bosch they said it was a known issue and would send me a wheel kit. This is ridiculous, I found a Reddit thread on this exact same issue from 3yrs ago and they still continue to manufacture a defective product and you have to ASK for a wheel kit? I also mentioned the constant smell and they also said this is a known issue. Another good thing to know, is you can’t set up a delayed start without using the app. I’ve issues with the newly shipping 500 oven as well, first 2 units defective and finally got them to upgrade me to 800 just so I could finally get a working oven. I spent hours of research to pick these appliances and either all appliances are garbage now our peoples standards have become extremely low. I recommend staying away from this brand.
