The picture quality is the best,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is awesome, slim and lightweight, easy setup and the sound is good, I'm using a Samsung sound bar for theater sound and it's amazing. The TV itself is so easy for me to use and the ease of wireless connection I can use my Samsung phone with it.

Still going Strong

I bought a 65" back in 2020 it's still going strong. I bought another about 3 weeks ago an upgrade, but very nice. The only thing I didn't care for was the picture part of it had changed mostly for pay.

Terrible for streaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with the amount of lag. I can’t steam without it lagging. My internet provider has come out multiple times and I don’t have any issues with other devices. Overall very frustrated

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Frame TV very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VERY DISAPPOINTED! Faces are awful-- pasty, too much contrast, not natural! Wasted many hours (unsuccessfully) trying to connect to Samsung to activate art. Altogether, a VERY unhappy customer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV looks great. I don’t think much has changed from the 2024 model (besides the AI stuff which seems pretty irrelevant) but it’s a nice-looking TV. Setup was easy, the OS is easy to use, and it works very well in our bright room. The 50 inch might have fit in the spot but I am happy with the smaller size because it’s more convincing as a photo. I waited to buy the bezel til we got the tv and to be honest I think it looks fine without it. I liked that the mount came with it. The matte screen is great for our bright living room. No clue on the video game oriented features (144 Motion Xcelerator)
I would recommend this to a friend!
