It's Great, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV! Lots of customizations and options. My only issue is the "blues"... When I'm watching a show and let's say it's in a club setting. When the blue lights radiate onto a person, the blue color has an overpowering color on the skin of the people. It can become very annoying in some circumstances... Other than that, a wonderful TV!

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s Frame TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

We also recommend adjusting Color Booster Pro under Expert Settings. It uses AI to enhance each scene with deeper color, richer detail, and more lifelike vibrancy in real time.

You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Don't buy this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had lots of problems with this TV - a 43" Frame. The remote doesn't work right. The blue-tooth won't connect. There are lots of other issues. I would not buy it again. I only hope that the warranty work fixes the issues. A new, expensive TV should not have these problems.

WE REGRET THIS PURCHASE. NOTHING IS EASY/OBVIOUS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NOTHING IS EASY OR OBVIOUS. WE REGRET BUYING THIS TV/FRAME.
Plan to allocate two afternoons of your weekend to mount your new Samsung. (My wife has a Master’s degree from Yale in engineering; I am a computer programmer and technical writer; both of us found the mounting and setup instructions to be confusing and extremely frustrating. Samsung should be ashamed.)
Almost nothing is simple or straightforward, including signing up for a mandatory Samsung account.
We also use the TV as a picture frame, and using “The Frame” features requires multiple visits to YouTube to figure out how to configure the settings. WE REGRET THIS PURCHASE. The on-line user manuals are almost worthless.

To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your Frame TV model to view or download the available guides.

The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.

For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, press the Return key twice.

Don’t get it.

Couldn’t believe the poor quality of the picture. I seen all these great reviews and went for it but boy what a mistake. It’s not exactly a cheap tv so if you’re looking for a cheap tv in a nice picture frame then by all means waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Image quality is great - execution of hardware not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the image on the S03FA QLED 4K TV is excelllent. I have absolutely no issues with that. My problem is that the way the device is engineered makes it completely useless in my home. The panel is wonderfully thin and can fit quite flush to the wall. Because of that design, the "guts" of the tv are in a large, toaster sized box that connects to the panel by a thin cable. This drastically limits how this tv is used. It's fine if you have a console underneath to hide the box, but not every installation is like that. In my case the panel needed to be mounted high on a wall in the great room about 25 feet from the equipment stack. I have no desire to pay a monthly fee for some nonsensical pre-curated group of images that have nothing to do with the theme and decor of the house. Loading any of my personal images (despite being a long-time user of Photoshop) proved too cumbersome and technically flawed. While this tv probably works for most people, incorporating it into a truly custom installation just isn't possible. If you want to impress people with a fake art gallery of generic images and have a console right under the mounting point this may be ideal. It's just not designed for specialized installations. This now sits in the box in the garage

I love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for streaming, and gaming. Crystal clear picture. It has a feature to be able to play certain games like fortnite without a console. I like the smart hub box that it came with to be able to hook all my devices to it. It takes a minute to learn all the different features but once you get the hang of it, you will love it

Amazing piece of art

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with my TV. My wife and family love the fact that although it takes a huge part of the wall it actually a piece of art. We subscribed to the Samsung art membership which was free for a few months and we change it all the time to match the season or holiday. The remote it easy to use and charges itself through solar and of course Samsung warranty is the best solid choice there is. So dont just buy a TV but a piece of art
