Range looks great and cooks great! Oven temp is consistent with selected temp. This is our second Forno range and both have performed well for our needs.

Built well with a few quirks

Weird that you have to create a review to register the product. First impressions having installed the stove. Nicely packaged for shipping, if the attention to detail in crating the stove is an indicator of quality, it will serve for a long time. The good: 1. fully analog, I hate that so many of new appliances have to have Bluetooth connections and electronic controls. Having a fully mechanical system means less to break or fail. 2. Leveling was easy, 3. stove surface is solid with a fully flat area to move pots and pans around, 4.
Overall I am happy with the stove and while it will take some getting used to, no buyers regret, yet.
The Not So Good: 1. The regulator connection port is mounted facing downward causing you to have to place a pretty sharp bend in the gas line, I added a street 90 to make the connection easier because I did not want to have that tight of a bend and also did not like potential rotational stress on a flexible line if I had to pull out the stove for cleaning or maintenance, 2. The skin on the sides and back are fairly thin gauge, fine if it is fully enclosed with surrounding counter but if installed at the end of a run with one side exposed it is not white and will likely be the first thing to show damage and use/age, 3. the temperature probes in the oven are mounted near the upper right hand corner so there is a lot of room for error in calibration which many have mentioned, while the dial seems to correlate with the temperature you get (e.g., dial set to 350F, you get 350F) but the included temp gauge is always off, in my case by about 25 degrees, 4. convection is always on, I feel like that could have been an easy added switch if you preferred not to have the fan running for some baking, 5. I wish the temp dial and setting were a bit more granular for the oven, it starts at 300 and moves up by 50 degrees to 500, 6. for the price I wish the oven had a wider lower range. not being able to set anything below 300F limits the use for some warming and craft uses.
Are any show stoppers, well no, but for the price paid the design could use a bit more refinement.

Great Oven

The oven is beautiful and works beautifully. It does take some getting use to but understanding how to operate the stove and oven along with its safety mechanism helps me not be so harsh in my assessment when comparing it to an older model stove. I love the added features that came with the stove and the heavy grates are just an added bonus. They convey to me that this is a stove that was made to last. I have had enough duds and this one is a keeper.
I would recommend this to a friend!
