had to review to register for warranty. only been 2 months, the microwave works great, no issues yet, just as good as our SHARP similar model microwave that failed after 7 years, half the price, no noticeable downgrade, hopefully this lasts as long

Microwave is convenient and looks nice in cabinet. Drawer takes time getting used to but is very nice.

Drawer would not stay open

We just bought this microwave drawer a few weeks ago but the drawer has recently had problems. The door won't stay open.

Drawer malfunctions

Microwave is ok, it's just the drawer does not stay open to be able to put in or retrieve items from microwave before the drawer closes. I have to continually push the open button to either put items in or to remove items. Besides, that it's ok so far.
