Great oven - If it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have enjoyed our oven. The burners give off great heat, and the oven itself heats incredibly fast. However, a few months into using our brand new oven, the heating component went out. That is where the issue began with Forno customer service. I tried calling and sending emails with no response. The phone number goes to only an AI bot. Once I got ahold of someone via email, it took two weeks and continuous follow up with customer support to receive a warranty reimbursement. I also had to find my own technician to repair the oven. Forno did expediate the shipping of repair parts. However, my overall experience with customer service has been frustrating. There seems to be no urgency to help a customer who recently purchased a brand new product that is no longer working. Overall, I love the Forno brand, but cannot recommend until their customer service is available to help customers in a timely manner. All my other Forno appliances have worked wonderfully!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very unique look

This is a unique and attractive stove. It has a brushed nickel look that borders the burners around the edge. I have not had an opportunity to use the stove yet but out of the package it looks great. I’m a little confused by the clear knob protectors that are optional to put on. They cover up the power control numbers. I am not going to use them. If I had small children, I probably would since the controllers are on the front of the stove.
