A bit to install, but works beautifully. Love the flip down door. Most microwaves open right to left which was very awkward for our home.

Nice convection microwave.

Other than purchasing the unit, no other encounter with company until now. The base of white 3- prong part that helps with clockwise movement broke off. Part of 3 - prong base fell into hole. The rotation is now hampered.
