The item look quality. We have for about 2 weeks and we love it. The only problem is we can not remove the bottom to clean.

Was great to start.....

Looks amazing. Worked fine, until guests in our rental unit started complaining that it would not heat items up. Have personally replicated this once, by chance, but it's a huge headache now as we need to get it fixed to not inconvenience guests. No idea what is wrong, and it's barely 1 year old, very lightly used. Very frustrating. Would expect much better from such an expensive piece of kit.
