Sparking

Sparks are noticeable in the drawer as the microwave is actively in use. There are also sparking sounds coming from the microwave, while the microwave is in use. Noted - the individual who recommended this microwave also experienced the same issue. The safety concern is too great for me to recommend this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love and hate relationship

Love the design but had my list of issues. 1. Microwave stopped heating. I unplugged it and plugged back in. It worked. 2. Started beeping non-stop. I unplugged it and plugged back in. It worked. 3. It heats but has a blank display. It has only been two months since we installed it. Frustrating!

Drawer malfunctions

Microwave is ok, it's just the drawer does not stay open to be able to put in or retrieve items from microwave before the drawer closes. I have to continually push the open button to either put items in or to remove items. Besides, that it's ok so far.

Not Bad - Not Great a Door is a Problem

Feel like it heats unevenly. Needs a turn table. Too short for anything even kind of tall. Door gets stuck and beeps 1 out of every 5 times it opens or closes..
