We received a new microwave. The touch pad was damaged and the drawer wouldn't completely close after 6 months.

So far product is working great--different having a drawer oven as compared to regular microwave. But do like the way it looks "built in" with the cabinetry.

Works well, drawer open close acts up sometimes

Overall happy with this microwave, but sometimes the open/close door function acts up and in order to turn off the beeping noise need to flip the breaker switch.

Great looking product. Just installed after removing my Sharp. Sharp refused to acknowledge my sparking microwave under their class action lawsuit and vowed to never but a Sharp product again.
