Having some challenges with the burners

Still figuring out things. Burners don’t seem to be working well. The middle burner is more like a high flame and puts soot on our pans if we use it to blacken any food.

the temp. gage isnt accurate

Issues with gasket

Gasket has fallen out of the door frame. Contacting support. Hard to keep the oven lit. Otherwise we like it.

We had a Thor Kitchens gas range for 7 years, but the oven died. We were expecting a similar quality level when we bought the Forno Lazio Dual Fuel range. Boy, this Forno is such higher quality than we were expecting - we are thrilled!! Shipping was fast, and this range was packaged very protectively! It got here in flawless condition. Very nice that they included the LP conversion kit. Hubby got that done quickly and easily. We used an oven thermometer to check, and the electric oven temperature is always spot on. The entire range is great quality, and looks so beautiful in our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with this purchase!
