Love this hair dryer! It’s super lightweight but still really powerful, so my hair dries fast without getting frizzy. My hair feels softer and healthier after using it. Plus, it looks sleek and is easy to hold. Definitely a great buy if you want a good quality dryer! It’s also a good gift! Gifted by the company

I took one glance at it and purchase it right away! It was beyond gorgeous and it was pink!!! The screen in the back was so cool. Howeverh i have to agree that its not worth the price tag if it can even remember the settings i imput. The heat id is only based on hair texture and what they think suits that hair type which might not be your preference these settings already come pre measured and you cannot change that. You can choose to not use the heat id feature at all by not choosing a hair type but it kinda defeats the purpose of the technology for me. Everytime i change the settings even when using the heat id the device doesnt remember my settings and goes right back to the pre measured settings once turned off or you switch attachment. Also the auto pause clicks on sometimes when the device is being used which is weird and it fully doesnt cut off as advertized. I really wished i was lying or exagerating on this. But i think they need to go back and reexamine this model. Not sure

I was excited to purchase this dryer but honestly I don't find it worth the money. Yes, you can program your hair type into the dryer but once it's programmed it will always go back to that setting after it's been changed when you set the dryer down for a couple seconds. Very annoying.. The handle part of the dryer is very large and not ergonomically correct especially for a woman's hand. The dryer slides down my hand and I'm hitting the low heat button constantly while I'm trying to dry my hair. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this dryer. Please go back to the drawing board with this one. 20 years in the making? wow!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
