Unfortunately after 12 months of using chair fabric is falling apart. I wish there was something that we could fix the sit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just put this bad boy together in less than twenty minutes, it’s sturdy and very comfortable! For the price point it seems very good value

The chair is recommended for anyone looking for a budget; it is good enough and sturdy enough, but some missing points make this chair a bit hard to recommend. For the price point, I would say buy this chair only when it's on sale. Lack of a headrest, and the foam seat is not thick enough, especially for heavy people like me, but the backrest, in my opinion, is good. The size-to-weight ratio is good. I could say that this chair will last longer just for the right amount of maintenance. Again, it is recommended to buy this chair during SALE only.

Bought on sale and I consider it money well spent. As others have said the foam is a bit solid, but it eventually softens up as I sit (body heat?) and doesn't lose any support in the process. But if you're looking for sink in to the seat softness, this isn't the chair for you. The self adjusting lumbar support takes a bit of getting used to and almost hits the spot. But just almost. I do have to concede that I have a pretty flat back so it might be more on my weird body than the actual design.
Two things keep it from being a 5 star product. The armrests are only 2D and only adjust up&down and side to side. Considering how little extra cost making them 3D would be I don't see why Razer simply doesn't use the same arms for all their chairs. As well as others have mentioned it doesn't come with a head pillow, and that's a big flaw. The foam on the back is fairly thin. It's not uncomfortable by any means, but it does mean that unless I really lean back (making the lumbar support too much) there's no way to have any contact between my head and the chair back.
I do have a chair pillow from the old broken chair I replaced with this one, so it's not that big a deal for me. But why the chair doesn't come with one is mystifying because it almost has to have one to be comfortable and supportive. From what I understand they sell a pillow as a premium upgrade, with a premium price as well. Maybe it's some high tech foam or something. But just including a basic low tech pillow would go a long way to making the chair more supportive and would of earned the chair the full 5 stars for me.
Still overall I'm happy with my purchase, even more so considering the discount I got on it.
