[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the cables and connectors. Are hefty without being too heavy. It is strange that the box gets pretty warm. Not hot to the touch, but warm.
Documentation is lagging. A detailed user guide would be more helpful. Chart on the back of box is hard to decipher.

This charger is great! I have a plug in hybred car, and thought the level one charger that came with the car would be enough. It takes too long. So, I put in a 240 V outlet, and got this charger. Now my car charges in just over 2 hours. It is a simple "plug and play," so it is very easy to use. I like the case that it come in, which is nice for those times when I take it with me.

Good value. It works. It's portable, but like all chargers, a bit heavy, so more "luggable". The app allows me to schedule charging, and that means I can get rid of charging schedules at the vehicle: now when I do need to charge while on the road I don't have to remember to bypass peak-rate restrictions (which I've forgotten to do before, much to my chagrin). The only thing missing is that I do wish that there's a public API so that Home Assistant integration would be possible

I am thoroughly impressed with the high quality, heavy duty construction of this charger - it is easily nicer than any commercial Level II charger I have used! And, it works flawlessly too!
