It was a Christmas gift for my wife

As the saying goes, happy wife, happy life. My wife loves this, and I too am impressed with the Roku 65" TV I bought. Set up to all our streaming services was very easy and she is loving the TV! The picture quality is great, and sound is excellent too. It's so good she hasn't even pestered me to set up the sound bar and surround sound system that was the other part of her Christmas gift!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku is great free streaming Movies & TV

I've been using this new Roku TV for about a month now and there are a ton of different apps that have free movies and TV shows supported by ads.
I also like the smart TV features on this Roku TV, that allow me to customize it to exactly the experience I want. Many times on movies the sound effects and background music are way too loud and the dialogue volume is way too low. I'm able to use the "Sound mode: dialogue" setting to fix this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased my TV a couple of weeks ago and it has functioned absolutely fine! The color and clarity is amazing and finding movies and shows to watch is effortless! Love it 😄

Very confusing to operate

Format/platform extremely confusing. Could never access my DVR Xfinity feature so I could record programs. FF/RW do not show pix but just times in very small image so very difficult to use.

Washed out picture

The picture is a bit blurry and washed out no matter what adjustments are made to backlight, brightness, sharpness or other effects. Blacks look grey and edges of images are blurry. Colors are muted and dull. The best description is it is like watching television in a foggy room. Mine came with the wrong remote (no voice control), it took some effort but Roku finally said they will send the correct one. I’m disappointed but am stuck with it. It’s much thicker and heavier than most similar TV’s of the same size. The sound is pretty good
