Not perfect but good (and I am overall happy)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful refrigerator with plenty of convenient storage space in both the refrigerator and freezer. However I need to remove one star because the protective film is hard to remove cleanly and the doors are not aligned perfectly even though the cabinet itself is level. The water dispenser is also not perfect as filling bottles is not easy as on my old unit. Water will keep dripping a little bit after I remove the bottle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water is leaking in the entire refrigerator. Got it 6/23/26. Hooked up water and made a service call on 6/29.
Not a good way to start with an appliance we paid a lot for. Can’t get service until 7/13/26. Hope this is not the way it’s going to be.

Great features and looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator. The freezer is set up with 6 dividers that make it easily to know what is in it. The last bottom freezer I had, things were hard to see. I also like where the ice maker is, it feels like it takes up no room. There are lots of shelves that can be moved around.

All around wonderful refrigerator & freezer

The glass shelves allow you see what is above and below - so you know what you have inside. The temperature is maintained despite multiple opening/closing the doors. The amount of ice produced lasts for perfectly for our busy family. The water filtration is great for daily use. Very happy with our purchase!

Lots of room

Only issue is sometimes it makes noise when ice maker fills with water. Could be a water pressure issue. I have RO water going to it. I'm very pleased with Refrigerator and freezer.

Nice In Store - Frustrating In Real Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seemed great in store but major drawbacks with actual use. Top shelf too high, limits what can be stored. Too few height adjustments. Cannot fit common items like juice bottles without sacrificing an entire shelving level. Doors to not open easily when full and you must hold both open to access deli drawer. Freezer drawer drags when full. Top freezer drawer does not come out when main door opens and items on top shelf are always wet. Had for 2 weeks and would return if I could. Miss my LG.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reliable fridge with small annoyances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a solid fridge with lots of storage space. The water dispenser juts out a bit too much where water usually spills down the side of a glass when you fill it, but if you set a cup down in the opening and fill it, it works just fine. You do have to close the left door before the right door, otherwise, one door remains ajar.
