Ice maker broke after a couple months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker broke after a couple months of purchasing the fridge. It is under warranty so I called for a repair. The repair man came 3 time and it still isn't fixed. We have had to miss work to accommodate the repair man. Now we are supposed to wait weeks for him to order a new door. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Low water flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works perfectly, it's huge inside, and is exactly as described. The only problem I have with it is the low water dispenser flow coming from a 1/4 inch supply line. It takes over 1 minute to fill a 40 oz thermos. I put a pressure booster on but it didn't help since it's a small line all the way through.

DO NOT BUY!

Wish there was a 0 rating! Have had issues with the unit since purchasing. Particularly with the doors. They do not properly align but the biggest issue is the left hand door (one with ice maker and water) will not stay in an open position for putting food in the unit. And best of all, the technician's response to the store where the item was purchased. The tech (if you want to call them that) said it was designed to swing shut and told us to remove the ice and all other products from the door. If we were going to do that we wouldn't have purchased an ice maker! What a joke. The Unit was purchased on 10/27/25, it is currently 3/10/26 and the issue still is not resolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS UNIT.
