[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. My last fridge did not stay cold enough. This one is bright, lots of room, keeps fridge things cold and freezer keeps my food frozen. It had the smudge free outside which I really like.

What an improvement over my 18 yr old side by side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 18 yr old Kitchen Aid bit the dust. Since we chose not to buy another KA. We went w the Whirlpool French door. OMGosh. Love it all the way around. Much more room!!! Quieter, colder, fresh, easier access! LOVE it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2.5 weeks ago. The ice production is very slow. I have looked all through the owners manual and there seems to be no way to increase the speed of production. (My last Whirlpool refrigerator had a "fast ice" feature. This model does not...or at least I can't find it.

Great fridge overall, only one flaw

We bought this fridge 1 month ago. Good product overall, happy with the ice production and lots of room overall. Freezer compartments are laid out well. The only complaint I have is that the lockout controls on the ice maker don't actually disable the ice and water in the door as the manual indicates it should. Seems like a firmware bug. Not a big deal for us as our kids are grown, but families with little ones would have an issue. It is also nice to be able to disable Ice and water for cleaning the fridge.
