What an upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The layout of this fridge is perfect. No more reaching to find items in the freezer because it pulls out in a drawer that has many drawers inside it! The ice is easily accessible (and the quick-cool shelf is a nice touch). We can fit so much more in this fridge than our old fridge. Having filtered water is nice, and there’s many settings for how it all dispenses.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it is a great fridge, but I had some installation issues with the water and ice not working. Once the service person came out, he was able to fix the problem. I do enjoy the water filtration and capacity of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the refrigerator. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that the doors are not aligned perfectly. I seem to be the only one that is bugged by it because I have asked others if they notice anything and they don't see it. The installers tried and I tried too so it is something bigger. The seals are fine.

Garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door handles have come loose within a couple months of ownership. The ice dispenser always throws a couple cubes far beyond the range of any reasonably sized drinking container. The water dispenser is strangely designed and dispenses water very near the edge of the glass, resulting in frequent spills. The interior of the refrigerator seems poorly designed. No drawers can be pulled out without opening both doors. Shelves on the doors are not large enough to be very useful. Freezer compartment frequently causes containers to be damaged upon closing. Honestly, this refrigerator has negatively impacted my perception of all Whirlpool products. We will dispose of it soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the black stainless option. The ice/water dispenser works well for cups, but a little more difficult for bottles and tumblers. We've had this fridge for ~5 months and haven't had any issues.

I like the chime feature if doors are not closed all the way. Lots of ice, easy dispensing, very efficient, very quiet running. Easy to change the filters.
