[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Main doors upper unit do not close smoothly. One must exert considerable force to ensure door gets sealed.

Extremely disappointing product and service

The fridge leaks water into the fruit and vegetable bin. The service tech said he sees water but doesn't know where it is coming from. The Whirlpool Tech told the service tech the fridge is functioning as designed. Very disappointing product. Not even a year old and I have to put a paper towel between the wall of the fridge and the fruit and vegetable to prevent the water from collecting in the bin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
