[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August, and the first refrigerator received didn't work properly, fan wouldn't turn on, water dispenser wouldn't dispense water, freeze was extremely cold and refrigerator stayed barely cool, after months of food spoiling I finally received a replacement in December. I am satisfied with t he new refrigerator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a hugh refrigerator with plenty of storage of each meats/delis, vegetables, fruits as well as all the other daily needs. Along with all that there is fresh water and ice always available to those looking for a refreshing drink. The freezer is divided with penalty of storage as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ice maker is broken and has been fixed once and now waiting on another part for our refrigerator....so no I'm not happy with my appliance. Especially we had a party and there was no ice maker for our new year....we had to buy it. Bought it in October and its January 8th and it is still not fixed because the part has not come in yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors do not close by themselves and you have to make an effort to ensure they are closed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Refrigerator. If you are experiencing issues with your refrigerator doors not swinging fully closed on their own, the "soft-closure" or "self-closure" feature is likely not operating as intended. This feature is designed for convenience, ensuring the doors automatically seal shut with just a gentle push. Were the Doors Removed During Installation or Service? One of the most common reasons for the soft-closure feature to fail is an improper reinstallation of the refrigerator doors. For your convenience, the refrigerator doors are equipped with specialized bottom hinges that contain the door-closing mechanism. Critical Removal Procedure: For the door closers to function properly after reinstallation, the doors must be removed only when they are open to a precise 90-degree angle relative to the front of the refrigerator cabinet. The Necessity of a Hinge Reset:| If one or both doors were not positioned at this mandatory 90-degree angle when they were lifted or taken off the lower hinge pin, the internal spring mechanism within the bottom door hinge will become disengaged or misaligned. When this occurs, the critical tension required for the self-closure feature to operate is lost, preventing the door from automatically swinging shut. In this scenario, the bottom door hinge for the affected door(s) must be manually reset to restore the soft-closure functionality. https://youtu.be/AhLyhBvUd5I If you need additional assistance, please reach out to us directly via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/whirlpoolusa/ or Instagram https://www.instagram.com/whirlpoolusa/. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I hadn’t purchased it. Water dispenser is annoying. Top shelf on fridge door is too high., as well as the top interior shelf is too high. Next level down is too low.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 16 year old Whirlpool refer was finally giving up the ghost and we looked for a replacement. We decided to stay with Whirlpool due to our prior experience. Very happy with the upgraded model. It is slightly larger than our old one and offers better spacing on the interior.
