Smart phone makers cant seem to make appliances

Interior enamel coating is coming off after 6 months of normal use. Now going through warranty process for this appliance too in addition to the microwave.
I also bought a Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer. Can't wait for their issues too.

Make the burner knobs sturdier

The burner knobs all broke off with general use within 6 months. If anything those should be the most well-made and sturdy part of the appliance. The trim on the right side also started coming off. Lots of cheap plastic everywhere on this item.

There are still some issues but hopefully, we will get the hang of it. The features are great! I wish that the booklet that came with the oven was better at explaining the oven's functions

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works so much better than my last convection oven by Whirlpool. Heats up very fast and cooks evenly. I do lock the oven controls because it is easy to turn knob accidentally and turn on burner. I love the sleek simple design of oven and entire top is glass rather than trimmed in metal that gets scratch marks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The one thing I also don't like when I clean the top of the stove the knob's come on and the front of the oven comes on. I have to continue to hit clear off. 😪 the microwave is even worse!!!!

EXTREME FIRE HAZARD

We have had this stove for almost 6 months and it has nearly caused several fires. The knobs up front can twist on just by brushing up against them. Just walked in to my house to find a dinner plate on fire. The dog jumped up to sniff while I was outside and turned on two elements. I love everything else about the stove EXCEPT THE KNOBS. I hope this is recalled soon so no one gets injured or loses their home. Samsung please come up with replacement dials. Until then they will be pulled off and in the drawer unless I am actively cooking.

Great features but …

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the stove, all the features and positive reviews, however we have had the range for about 2 weeks now. I already have had a service call to fix the issues with the rangetop. Hot warning light is always on since 1st use, the coils heat up and shut off or at heat levels below 4 won’t turn on at all. Getting another service again to replace 3 burners and hopefully fix the hot surface warning. I asked about a new replacement, won’t happen till they try to fix all the issues. Lemon law should already apply to this product and I should be offered a new product for the price I paid!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
