Weak Glass Cook Top

I bought this glass top range in January of 2023, the very first time I cooked on it I found a chip in the glass top. I have had a Frigidaire glass top stove for over 10 years with no issue at all. There is a manufacturing problem with these Samsung Bespoke glass cook tops, check the internet for all of the broken top complaints before you buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cook Top Too Hot

The cooktop on this electric range is too powerful. I have had many meals burnt to a crisp even with the knob turned to low with the smallest burner option selected. I can't imagine ever trying to cook something on medium heat and forget about ever using high. This cooktop offers this "rapid boil" feature, whatever that is, so I think that technology is hooked up to the other burners. This is not a safe or user friendly unit. Don't walk away from your food.

Terrible push button heating settings defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs on this range skip on me and the heating elements just does not seem right it keeps going on and off even at the highest settings. I'm not a fan of this range at all.
4 knobs not working correctly maybe with a new set of knobs it will work better but who knows.
