Great stove

only issue we have had in the last 10 months is the knobs get turned very easily. our aussie can bump them and the burners turn on. we started removing the knows to prevent a fire or burn and the inside of one of the knobs came off and now we can not use that burner. hoping it is fixable!

Very disappointed

i've had this range for one month now and i have been extremely careful with the glass top. however, it already looks like i've owned it for years. it is extremely sensitive. spills do not wipe up easily, they get burnt on and are very hard to clean. my old range looked better than this one and it was over 10 years old. i use the recommended cleaner. i follow the instructions. even the burner that i have only used for heating up a tea kettle has marks on it. i don't understand why it is so sensitive and why it stains so easily. if i had the option to return this appliance, i would. i am so disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Design flaw

i have had this oven only 3 weeks. i like most features. but the smooth top (which i loved on previous ovens) is way to fragile. i have been so careful and kept it cleaned and polished with thw proper cleaner. and it has streaks and surface scratches that will not go away. every time i use it, it is worse. i am so disappointed spending this much money on a stove and already dealing with this. if i could trade it for a durable cheap stove i think i would! dont waste your money. appliances should make your life easier not have to spend all your time keeping it cleaned and polished.

Great look and features

I definitely like the slick look without the back, all the features are great, I love that it’s a WiFi and I connect it to my phone and control it from there. Heating center is very convenient, air fryer is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good range. Works as expected and has nice features. The only drawback is that the stovetop knobs are easy to turn on if leaned on or brushed against so this may not be an ideal appliance for someone with small children

Look great but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this range and the air fryer feature. However, the top scratches very easily and hard to keep clean. Additionally the Wi-Fi connect on the smart home app works in consistently and has only worked for me for one week before it booted me out multiple times again and again and again and again. I’ve given up on using my app to turn on the range or use any of those functionality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
