i like precision of setting an exact temperature and have been enjoying the air-fry feature. being able to match the cooking element size to match pan i'm using is nice.

Nice but not easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just got this stove last night, but having trouble with app set up. also very difficult to find the serial number. after hours of trying to locate, tried calling support, and prompted for support to call me back rather than wait....got a call a few minutes later, saying i was next, but then got disconnected. eventually found it ourselves, as the website had no instructions, either. found it when you open the oven door, and it is on the underneath of top of oven opening. impossible to read upside down, and taking a picture was even difficult, but the only way to get it, for warranty and other stuff. can't really say anything as we have not used it yet. review was required to receive a backsplash to cover untiled backsplash because we use to have a freestanding range.

this unit was easy to install and looks amazing. there are no self leveling back legs so you’ll need to adjust each leg but it was very easy to level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “i received compensation for this review but the review is my own” i purchased this range to replace a 25 year old open coil range. i enjoy how much easier the cooktop is to clean. however, it is taking some time to get used to the longer time for pans to get up to temp.
i am disappointed with voice control features through alexa. the voice control only works when "smart control" is enabled from the front touchpad. however, "smart control" is tuned off automatically when the oven door is opened or oven cooking is stopped. also, the only thing that can be done by voice is preheat for baking. for people who are visually impaired, it would be nice if voice control allowed someone to use the other available oven functions: air fry, convection, dehydrate, ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i replaced my old range with this one 2 weeks ago; i'm very happy so far with the appearance it gave to my kitchen as well as with the functionality. seems to have good quality. safety feature is great to protect form kids helping me to set the "correct" temperature. there are multiple other features that i'm going to test as well.
also, i will give another 5 stars for excellent service and professional guys who delivered this range and haul away my old one.
