Works great, keeps my apartment cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great appliance. It keeps my apartment cool and is pretty easy to install. The only drawback about it is it is very loud. When watching tv, I do have to use the pause button on my shows when needing to cool off the room otherwise I would have given 5 stars to my rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hot. I bought the a/c unit. Not as hot anymore, lol. Works pretty well. Not sure if I agree about it's space capacity, seems like it isn't quite able to handle the load it's rated for. Happy with the purchase though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the remote feature! I'm not lazy, but it helps when I'm not right near the unit. It cools very well. I have a large open room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great unit with a narrow profile. Allowed a high efficient unit in a narrow window

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best little air conditioner! It keeps the whole apartment cool no matter how hard the sun is beating down. Was a little difficult to install, as not all the pieces aligned perfectly, but we managed.
