[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This A/C unit is just what I needed to cool my living rm & keeps the rest of the 1st floor cool, too. It is fairly quiet & easy to operate. I recommend this air conditioner. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit cools very well, fairly compact, and has quite a nice array of features. Been working well for a few months now. A tad on the loud side though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am currently content with my purchase... however i had a few small issues with ordering....i was told it would arrive in a few days, then got an email saying it would be at least a month. i called and waited i think almost an hour before i got someone and was told that last email was incorrect. thankfully i received the AC the next day. it works pretty well, i'm not sure it really covers the square footage it says it does, but i'm staying cool for the most part so i'm good
