Cool in more than one way!

Hello, Ang401. I am sorry to hear the air conditioner is not living up to expectations, and this is definitely not what we want for you. This air conditioner is rated to cool a room up to 550 sq. ft. If this area has high traffic, a lot of windows, or items that produce heat (computers, appliances, etc.) then the air conditioner may struggle. A few quick tips to ensure optimal performance is to adjust the louvers to help air circulation as well as altering the settings and fan speed.
