Powerful cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old 18000btu unit. It cools as well as our old a/c and being an Energy Star product will be cheaper to run. I read reviews from consumer sites and opted for this #2 rated unit because it was much cheaper than the #1 rated unit. Good product at a good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an aging LG for my living room. This unit does the job it’s suppose to do although maybe a bit loudly. The LG was slightly quieter. Overall I’d say it a good unit I wanted a WiFi unit but didn’t want to spend the extra money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit was packed really well as to arrive not damaged. Window unit was real easy to install side curtains, plug in and that's it. Nice quiet unit and use this 12,000 BTU unit to Coll down my garage from these Alabama hot days.

Good air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this air conditioner to replace the 14 year old Frigidair that finaly stoped. This air conditioner has a great smart phone app that lets you control and check it from anywhere and is noticably quieter than my old one. It also cools the entire 14 by 24 room in a short time, we love it and are looking forward to many years of good use from it.
