Mixed feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not to sure what to think of the AireBrush as in some instances my hair does get caught on the bristle portion of the AireBrush, however for the most part my hair is able to achieve a semi blowout look. It does make handling easier though you must brush from ends to roots to maximize results. I have type 4 hair.

It gets the job done, but feels a bit clunky (big plastic handle) and I wish it had the same heat controls as the irons (twisting and snapping back, clicking). This is kind of annoying trying to switch speeds or heats while you’re operating it. They touch each other, so you could easily change the other accidentally (they will twist together). Maybe separate them or switch to the same clicking mechanism as the curling irons. And get rid of the fat plastic handle please.

I gave this a 2 star because I really like the feel of the brush and the size. Unfortunately, the black component holding the brush together in the inside blocks the heat from being distributed evenly. The heat goes out the most at the bottom of the brush and on two separate ends causing that section to overheat. The rest of the brush does not get that much heat and I felt that I was brushing through my hair more then 3 times just to get it styled and dried on the highest speed and heat level. I returned this brush and purchased the skark soothsayer which works wonderfully and distributes the heat well.
