Bad camera and company that doesn’t care to help

Got a camera brand new used it one time never dropped tried using again and it won’t read the 2 brand new batteries I put in it try calling support and can barley understand who I’m talking to and the only help she has for me is to try a different battery and that she’d give me 15 percent off the new go pro. Horrible product and horrible company definitely recommend DJI go pro will not help you at all

Hero 13 is superior to old Hero 9

This camera is much easier to use and more intuitive than my older model. The battery door is easier to open too…a big problem with the 9. The software is glitch free so far…another improvement. I am looking forward to seeing how the new enduro batteries perform in outdoor temperatures this winter.

J'ai upgrade ma Gopro Hero 10 pour une Gopro Hero 13 et c'est un super choix ! Je suis impressionné par sa qualité d'image, même dans les conditions les plus extrêmes. Elle est compacte, robuste et sa stabilisation est ultra fluide. Que ce soit pour des vidéos sportives ou des souvenirs de voyage, elle ne déçoit jamais. Une caméra fiable et performante que je recommande ! 👍

Outstanding image quality & features

Have been absolutely loving my Hero13. Image quality is great - 10-bit color with an 8:7 aspect ratio at 5.3K just cannot be topped for an action camera of this size & price. The footage is just unreal

Fantastic action cam for MTB and water sports

Does what I expect from an action cam. Very good stabilization tested on the MTB, many options for settings to different sports. Build in audio quality is ok. Like the HB series lenses. Nice colors in videos and photos. Accurate GPS to show telemetry data in video, or even to combine them with telemetry data from Garmin.
Generally, the Hero 13 is the successor of my Hero 7, which is still in use as an additional cam for ROV diving. I wouldn't have bought the Hero 13 or any other action cam without GPS function.

**Disappointing Experience with the GoPro 13**
I recently purchased the GoPro 13, expecting the usual high performance and durability that GoPro is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfying. Despite being advertised as waterproof, the camera took in water after just a few minutes at a depth of 2 meters. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a product designed for adventure and underwater use. Given the price and reputation, I expected better quality and reliability. I can no longer trust this camera for any water-related activities.
